Refunds

Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing Times
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 2-4 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in the rare event that your order is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the damage or defect will be required to process your claim.
Missing Items
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in the rare event that an item is missing so that we can rectify this as quickly as possible for you.
Stolen Goods
If you have given us permission, we will give our courier the authority to leave your order on your property if nobody is home to accept the delivery. You must leave us a note requesting this at checkout. Please note that by asking us to leave your order you accept full liability in the event that the goods are damaged or stolen, and if this does occur we are not able to refund your order. Please also note that in some cases a signature may be required on delivery, in which case our courier will not able to leave your order.
